Me: "...and you were *also* a fantastic babysitter. I'm sure you'll have a great time in grad school but we're really going to miss you."
Student's Mom: "Oh, so you must be Mrs. Scientist then?"
Graduating Student : "No, she's DR. Scientist; she worked hard for that PhD!"
