(From November.)
Tatoe is now 13 months old and really starting to have a vocabulary beyond Mama, Dada, Bug,* DOG DOG!!! and This.
(He also cries inconsolably every time we drop Bug off at preschool. "Bug! Bug! Brother! Hiiiiii! WAAAAH!")
One morning recently, I was giving him his morning milk in bed. (Being a baby is the life, I tell you.) After he was done, he squirmed up until his head was on my pillow and said "Kiss?"**
*Well, he says his brother's actual name, but you know what I mean.
**Tiss. As distinct from dis (this) or tizz (cheese).
Aw, he is a snugly bundle of cuteness. Except when he shrieks. Even then, the poor kid has gotten rather a lot of teeth lately.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness tooth #6 is in. The shrieking, I agree, is more toward ear-piercing than cute. Overall, though, snuggly and adorable! Which is good when he wakes up in the middle of the night...
Delete"Kiss" is a good one to know. I can't believe how fast he's grow, you know, not exactly up, but upper.
