I have written a thesis.
I have written a paper.
I have sent both items to my advisor. Four weeks ago.
I have revised the paper four times with my advisor.
I have convinced the chair of my committee and my advisor that I am ready to schedule a thesis defense.
I have contacted my committee and, miraculously, found a day and time when all five (5!) of them can be present. This day is in 15 days from now.
In response, my advisor asks, "How will you get your thesis to your committee in time?"
Well, gee. I was thinking I'd email the whole fucking assortment to them on Monday. Oh, advisor didn't bloody well bother to read it yet? TOO BAD.
